Marai Mec was founded in 1950 in Parma, and in a few years acquired great fame in the trade of metal and plastic materials machining.
Currently we have a wide range of traditional tools and CNC machines continuously updated including: turning centers (two, four and six-axis), machining centers, multi-spindle, grinding, heat treatment furnaces for metal surfaces. We also have a welding department and automatic installations for polishing. All this is spread on an area of 3000 square meters.
The business now directs the production also to the manufacture of equipment and special machines for industrial automation, transfers, manipulators, complete assembly lines, passing from the design to the study of the prototype and finally realizing the finished product.
Over time we have expanded our experience to countless areas. These include the engineering industry, the food and agriculture sector, the packaging for cosmetics and also the design and furnishing sector.
Our business follows a strict policy aimed at protecting the environment and it’s powered by a powerful photovoltaic system that guarantees complete energy self-sufficiency.
